The Wuhan Sunshine Pharmaceutical Logistics Center covers an area of 32,000 square meters of floor space and comprises a pharmaceutical facility and an office building. The warehouse is outfitted with an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), AGV integrated GTP(goods-to-person) picking system, a DPS (Digital Picking System), a case conveyor system, and a high-speed sorting system. These technologies enable automated storage and retrieval, significantly boosting operational efficiency.

The AGV & GTP picking system features high-density shelving for storage, replenishment workstations, and picking stations. AGVs autonomously handle the transport of materials for inbound and outbound processes, while operators simply perform tasks at the replenishment and picking stations to complete warehouse operations. This setup substantially reduces physical labor and enhances productivity.

The logistics center has achieved a high level of integration across pharmaceutical logistics, including systematic processes, specialized warehousing and transportation, information-driven goods circulation, and standardized drug storage. As a result, it has improved order processing capacity, reduced inventory levels and delivery lead times, and lowered overall logistics costs.
