The China Resources Kelun Pharmaceutical Trading Automated Logistics Center covers an area of 60,500 square meters, in Chengdu city, China. The logistics Center is designed to hold an inventory of 840,000 cases, with an average daily distribution capacity of 35,000 to 40,000 cases, peaking at 65,000 cases per day during high-demand periods. This project stands as a benchmark for modern pharmaceutical logistics in Southwest China and the nation as a whole.

The logistics center mainly consists of two buildings. Warehouse 1 is an automated high-bay warehouse, while Warehouse 2 is a flat warehouse.

Warehouse 1 is an AS/RS system with 13 aisles providing 25,000 pallet positions, along with an Miniload system with 5 aisles offering approximately 50,000 case storage locations.

Warehouse 2 is a 4 story flat warehouse with a land area of 14,400 square meters and a building height of 24 meters. The third floor functions as a case picking area, equipped with a case 4D shuttle system and a case picking system. It is fitted with 78 case 4D shuttles, 6 GTP(goodstoperson) picking stations, 12 caseexchanging stations, and 31,200 case storage locations. The two warehouses are connected by a connecting corridor.
