Zhejiang Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise in China’s silk industry. Zhejiang Jiaxin Jinsanta Silk Apparel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiaxin Silk, specializes in the design, production and sales of the group’s own brand “Jinsanta” silk apparel.

Located in Jiaxing City, the project focuses on the intelligent and automated upgrading of warehousing and logistics for finished e-commerce products and fabrics. With a total construction area of 6,300 square meters, the project adopts a combined mode of flat warehouse and high-bay warehouse.

The carton high-bay warehouse for finished products covers 1,247 square meters, with 16 Red Crab four-directional shuttles, 3 goods-to-person picking workstations and 26,410 carton locations planned. The fabric high-bay warehouse covers 452 square meters, with 684 pallet locations planned.

The application of the automated high-bay warehouse solves the existing shortage of warehouse locations and greatly improves the space utilization rate of the warehouse. The flat warehouse is a two-story structure: the first floor is planned with a shelf area for storing some finished products, which is suitable for auxiliary picking during peak shipping periods; the second floor is planned as a pallet flat storage area, suitable for storing infrequently used materials.
