On May 6, 2023, the dense storage solution featuring the Auto 4D Shuttle System, designed and implemented by Vstrong for a leading textile OEM factory in Vietnam, successfully passed the acceptance process. Located in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong Province, the project covers a total warehouse area of approximately 2,000 square meters. Serving as a raw material warehouse for the production workshop, it primarily provides auxiliary material storage, rapid picking, and real-time distribution to line-side inventory for well-known sportswear brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour.

The project utilizes Vstrong's self-developed Auto 4D Shuttle dense storage solution. The core system integrates REDCRAB Auto 4D shuttles, high-speed elevators, dense racking structures, and is complemented by a goods-to-person picking station and a unified information control system. This combination effectively achieves high-density storage alongside efficient picking operations.

The successful implementation of the Auto 4D Shuttle System has not only significantly enhanced warehouse operational accuracy and response efficiency but also effectively reduced operating costs. More importantly, this project bridges the gap between automated production and automated logistics, driving a shift in the manufacturing model from a traditional production-centric approach towards a logistics-centric one. It assists the customer in taking substantial steps toward flexible production and lean management, providing a replicable model for intelligent upgrades in overseas OEM manufacturing environments.
