Officially launched in November 2022, the YTO Medium Horsepower Intelligent Retrofit Project in Luoyang City features a comprehensive warehouse system. The core equipment includes an AGV system, a Pallet 4D Shuttle storage system (the "upper storage, lower picking" system), a Multi-Shuttle storage system, and racking systems.

To address varying storage needs, Vstrong Intelligent Technology implemented two distinct solutions:

Large Parts Warehouse: Utilizes a "Pallet 4D Shuttle System + Latent AGV" solution (the "upper storage, lower picking" model). This design maximizes floor space and enhances operational efficiency. The system comprises 5 pallet 4D shuttles, 2 pallet lifts, and a pallet conveyor system. The AGV section, responsible for outbound handling of A and B category items, includes 7 latent AGVs.

Small Parts Warehouse:Employs a Case Multi-Shuttle System featuring 5 RedCrab 2D shuttles. Supporting equipment includes 2 tote lifts, 1 transfer lift, and a tote conveyor system. This setup ensures rapid storage and retrieval of production line parts, achieving a combined inbound/outbound efficiency of up to 160 totes per hour.

Both solutions offer high system flexibility and significant future expansion potential. The entire project is integrated with Vstrong's Hummingbird Middle Platform and WMS for seamless control and management
