Founded in 1999, Kunchi Group is a leading Chinese agency and integrated service provider for personal care and beauty products. The Group specializes in offering integrated online and offline omni-channel solutions for globally renowned personal care and beauty companies, serving nearly 300 brands and over 7,000 physical stores.

To support the rapid growth of Kunchi’s business, Vstrong Intelligent Technology tailored warehousing solution for its Changshu Innovation Center. The facility adopts a combined "AS/RS + Multi-story Warehouse" architectural model to enable seamless online and offline operations. Covering a total storage area of 70,000 square meters, the center currently holds an inventory of approximately 3 million items and handles an average daily shipment volume of 200,000 units, with a peak outbound capacity of 1 million units per day and a maximum storage capacity of 5 million units.

The Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) occupies approximately 5,800 square meters with a clear height of 21 meters. It is equipped with 12 single-deep stacker cranes, providing 19,536 pallet positions. The AS/RS is primarily used for full-pallet inbound, storage, and outbound, as well as online case picking.

The multi-story warehouse area consists of four floors, with the first and second floors mainly handling B2B operations, and the third and fourth floors primarily serving B2C operations.
